Registration Rates
- Access to all conference sessions and keynote lectures
- Conference banquet dinner
- Lunches and refreshments as scheduled in the programme
- Publication of one paper in the open-access proceedings (for presenters)
- Payment by cheque is not acceptable.
- Please avoid multiple registrations for the same paper(s). Multiple registrations may result in a penalty to be paid by the author(s).
- Registration of an additional paper(s) does not include attendance of co-authors or an extra conference kit.
- Students' fees apply only to a student as first-author.
- Students are requested to present a valid student ID upon collection of their conference kit on site.
- For online payments, an automated email will be sent to you.
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
- Please bring along the confirmation letter and present it upon Registration.
- For authors of accepted papers, registration fees can NOT be refunded.
- For non-authors, from 25 July 2026 onwards, there will be No Refund for cancellation.
- Cancellation requests must be in writing and sent by email to icmr2026@nu.edu.kz.
- Refunds will only be made after the conference.
- Registration fee is not refundable after the stipulated dates for whatever reason, including failure to obtain a visa.
International Attendees
All international visitors to Kazakhstan may require a visa or electronic travel authorization (ETA) depending on nationality.
Please check visa requirements on the official Government of Kazakhstan website or through your local embassy.

Collection and Use of Personal Data
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and its Protection,” the Organizer collects, processes, uses, and stores personal data of Conference participants, recorded on electronic, paper, and/or other tangible media. This data may include, but is not limited to, the following information:
- Identification Data: Last name, first name, patronymic, position, and organization.
- Contact Information: Cell phone number and email address.
- Additional Information: Any other information necessary for the Organizer to fulfill its functions.
- Sending emails to participants with registration confirmations and logistical details.
- Providing participants with access to Conference materials.
- Granting participants access to the Organizer's campus.
- Any other purposes as established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Processing and Protection of Personal Data
Photography and Videography
By participating in the Conference, participants consent to being photographed and videotaped. The Organizer may use these images and recordings for promotional, educational, and informational purposes in print, digital, or web formats. Participants acknowledge and agree that all such materials are the exclusive property of the Organizer, and they waive any rights to compensation or ownership.
Acceptance of the Policy Terms
By registering for the Conference, participants confirm their acceptance of these Privacy Policy terms.
The given Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets forth the procedure and terms for providing services related to participation in the 23rd International Conference on Manufacturing Research, and includes all the essential terms and conditions of these services.
The posting of this Agreement on the website [https://seds.nu.edu.kz/icmr2026] (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") constitutes an official offer from the Organizer to an unrestricted number of individuals to enter into the Agreement on the terms and conditions outlined below.
Acceptance of this offer is considered complete upon payment of the registration fee by an individual, in the manner and under the conditions provided in this Agreement, signifying full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of the Agreement without any exceptions or limitations.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Organizer agrees to provide the Participant with services for organizing participation in the conference "23rd International Conference on Manufacturing Research" (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference"), and the Participant agrees to accept and pay for these services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. The services include:
- Registration of the Participant for the Conference;
- Provision of informational materials for the Conference;
- Access to events held as part of the Conference;
- Other services provided by the Conference program.
1.3. The date, time, venue, and program of the Conference will be specified on the Website and may be subject to change by the Organizer, with notice given to the Participant by posting the relevant information on the Website.
1.4. The cost of services is determined by the amount of the registration fee, as described on the Website. Payment must be made in the manner and within the timeframes specified on the Website.
2. Responsibilities of the Parties
2.1. The Organizer is not responsible for the Participant's inability to attend the Conference due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control.
2.2. In the event of the Conference being canceled, the Organizer agrees to refund the registration fee in full to the Participant.
2.3. For authors of accepted papers, registration fees can NOT be refunded.
2.4. For non-authors, from 25 July 2026 onwards, there will be No Refund for cancellation.
